Title IV Refunds

Please take the time and click on the link below to print out the Financial Aid Refund Release Form (FARRF). You may mail this form to the Bursar’s office at Delaware Valley College, 700 East Butler Avenue, Doylestown, PA 18901 or fax it to us at (215) 230-2972. The completed form will be kept in your file in the Bursar’s office and remain in effect until the student graduates or completes a new release form.

When a credit occurs on your account due to Title IV funds, we will access your file to determine your refund manner. If there is no FARRF in your file, a Notice of Credit Balance will be sent to your home address the day the Title IV funds are disbursed. If there is no response by the 13th day, the funds will automatically be refunded and mailed to your home address. Parent Plus Loan proceeds will be made payable to the borrower. All other proceeds will be made payable to the student.
