The Employment Program

Your college experience at DelVal will be individual and enriching. Our philosophy of hands-on learning through the College Employment Program prepares you for the work force in a unique way.

In order for the environmental science student to relate courses to the business world, each student must complete the required 500 hours of employment in order to graduate. This helps our students gain the experience employers want.

Over the last two years, the average employment rate for all graduates was 95 percent!
