The following days are college holidays. Please see below for the 2008 Holiday Schedule for Administrators and Staff:

The college will be extending the Christmas Vacation this year by adding a day to the scheduled break. The break will begin on Thursday, December 25 and continues through Friday, January 2, 2009.
Regular, part-time employees will be paid on a pro-rata basis for a holiday if they are normally scheduled to work the day on which the holiday falls.
Essential services need to be maintained and may require scheduling of certain college personnel on a given holiday. Non-exempt college personnel required to work on a holiday will receive holiday pay at their current hourly rate plus pay for hours worked at one and one-half times their hourly pay rate.
