It's not often that you find a school with a perfect location, challenging curriculum and ideally sized student body population. Delaware Valley College offers all of that and more, including our specialized employment program, where students are given the opportunity to use their classroom learning to use in hand-on working environments.
DelVal, located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, is less than an hour from Philadelphia and just two hours from New York City. On the other hand, our rural campus, composed of over 550 acres, is paired with the rich culture of historic Bucks County. Students have been pleased to discover that by offering the best of both worlds, Delaware Valley College is given the advantage of both rural and urban agribusiness resources.
The agricultural industries of the region present opportunities for both career advice and employment. In addition, the Agribusiness Department's active involvement with the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) extends to a NAMA Student Chapter on campus. Extremely active and accomplished, the Student Chapter fully utilizes NAMA's mentor program and career opportunities and participates in the National Conference and Student Marketing Competition.
Feel free to contact our Department Chair,
Dr. Thomas Slane, to learn how you can schedule a visit and see the DelVal Difference for yourself.
