Biomedical Research Opportunities

The Jefferson Center for Biomedical Research offers internships to qualified college students at the junior and senior class levels who are interested in pursuing careers in biomedical research and medicine. The Jefferson Center is a unique research division of Thomas Jefferson University College of Medicine, located on the campus of Delaware Valley College. The Center specializes in molecular virology, proteomics, glycobiology and anti-viral and vaccine research. Interns will have the opportunity to participate in faculty-supervised research projects as well as other scholarly activities at the Center, including attendance at seminars from professional scientists and research discussion groups. Students can work part time during the academic year or full time during the summer.
