You will never find a teacher’s assistant leading a class at DelVal. You will, find however, that our faculty is committed to your success, and it energizes them to achieve their highest potential. The majority come to academia after years of professional work experience in business. Dedicated to teaching, they believe in our hands-on philosophy, are active in their professional associations and incorporate the industry's areas of growth and current trends into their subject programs. They work with you to develop the curriculum most appropriate to your career goals.
The faculty all have a minimum of a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) in addition to extensive work experience. The department emphasizes a practical approach to education that combines theory with what works in business. All belong to professional associations related to the business community and are actively working with business and industry. You will have one of the business faculty as an advisor who will help you plan your academic program and guide you through your years at DelVal.
