Tracy Hunt comes to us from the law firm of Timby Hunt, LLC and Benchmark Sports Advisors, both located in Newtown, Bucks County. As a partner at Timby Hunt, Tracy concentrates his practice in the areas of business counseling, real estate and land-use matters and sports law. Additionally, Tracy is an experienced litigator whose cases include the high-profile federal lawsuit between The Estate of John Facenda v. Campbell’s Soup Company, et al., wherein Tracy brought suit on behalf of the estate of the legendary newscaster against Campbell’s Soup Company for misappropriating the voice of Mr. Facenda. Tracy is a licensed, practicing attorney in Pennsylvania.
As a sports lawyer, Tracy is President of Benchmark Sports Advisors, a multi-sport, multi-disciplinary sports management and marketing agency. Tracy serves as a marketer / manager for professional athletes, providing assistance and counseling in sports law, sports marketing, labor issues, sponsorship programs and contract negotiations for the firm’s clients. He is a member of several sports organizations, is certified in the field and is a registered agent for baseball and golf.
Tracy joined the Business Administration Department and Delaware Valley College in the spring 2004 semester to teach and promote the Sports Management major in the department, where his contacts in the sports field benefit the students, department and college.
