Develop or enhance your skills in Web Design at Delaware Valley College. Our new concentration in Web Design and Computer Programming starting in Summer 2008 will prepare you for the expanding marketplace needs for talented and trained Web Designers and Programmers. This is a hands-on program developed with the future Web Designer in mind.

Key courses include:

  • Web Design: Learn HTML, XML, JavaScripting, Microsoft FrontPage and Dreamweaver
  • Advanced Web Design: Take your JavaScript skills to a new level, learn ASP.NET and create dynamic website design
  • Computer Graphics: Learn principles of graphic design, intermediate drawing techniques, typography, photo manipulation and vector-based graphics
  • Introduction to Programming with C++: Topics include programming logic, algorithm development, conditional and repetitive statements, functions and arrays
  • Advanced Programming with Java: This course introduces the student to the fundamentals of Object-Oriented Programming, inheritance and applets
  • VB.NET Programming: Learn how to implement Objects, Databases and Application Development
