Brian Lutz

Brian Lutz joined the Delaware Valley Colleg faculty in 2006 as Lecturer in English. Prior to teaching at Delaware Valley College, Brian Lutz taught at Bucks and Montgomery County Community Colleges. He received a BA in English and in History from Bloomsburg University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Long Island University.

In 2003, Brian was named Poet Laureate of Bucks County, the youngest person ever given this honor. In addition, he has been published in numerous nationwide journals such as Slate and Cimarron Review. He has received many other scholarships and awards. During his career, Brian has taught freshman composition classes, Introduction to Literature, American Literature, Creative Writing and Business Writing.
