Michael Stamps

Dr. Michael Stamps joined the English Department in 2007. He earned his Ph.D. in English at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he specialized in Medieval and Renaissance literature and served as the Managing Editor of The Ben Jonson Journal.

For the better part of the past decade, he has taught a variety of critical thinking, college writing and literary studies courses, including Introduction to Shakespeare, World Literature, The History of the English Language and various British Literature surveys. Recent DelVal English courses include English I, English II, Classical & Medieval Literature and Shakespeare.

Professor Stamps also serves as coordinator for the Student Writing Conference, which will debut at Delaware Valley College in Spring 2008. For additional course-related information and materials, please contact Dr. Stamps at  or 215-489-4867. Dr. Stamps' office is located at Miller Hall, Room 204.
