
DelVal’s Restaurant and Food Service Management major prepares graduate to assume a management position in the rapidly-growing food service industry. This program provides a background in food purchasing, quantity food preparation, business law, human resource management, marketing and finance.
With Philadelphia less than one hour away and New York City only two, Delaware Valley College remains easily accessible to all major components of the hospitality industry. The opportunities for internships and work experience through our employment program are readily available as part of the Restaurant and Food Service Management program.
