Monday, March 17

Housing and Registration Deposits ($400 total) due at the Bursar's Office. Deposits not received and/or postmarked by this date will result in the student not being able to participate in the Housing Selection and Assignment Process in April. Do not send deposits to the Office of Residence Life.

Lottery Numbers will be posted outside of the Residence Life Office and the Food Court in the afternoon.

Packets with lottery number, forms and other information pertaining to the Housing Assignment Process will be in individual student mailboxes.

Commuters: if you have paid a housing and registration deposit, you may pick up your packet at the Office of Residence Life (2nd Floor Student Center).

If you do not receive a packet or misplace any forms, please see a Residence Life Staff member in the main office. Do not turn in any forms at the Office of Residence Life. Bring them with you to your assigned night (April 14-16).

Wednesday, March 26

Housing Information Night at 9:30 p.m. in the Coffee House (2nd Floor-Student Center)

Thursday, March 27

Housing Information Night at 9:30 p.m. in the Music Room (2nd Floor-Student Center)

Sunday, March 30

Housing Information Night at 7:30 p.m. in the Music Room (2nd Floor-Student Center)

Thursday, April 3

Roommate Mixer from 9:30 - 10:30 p.m. in the Coffee House (2nd Floor-Student Center)

Thursday - Friday, April 10 - 11

Students approved for special housing accommodations choose room assignments in the Office of Residence Life.

Proxy Form: If you can not make it to your assigned night of selection, you must complete a Proxy Form and designate another student to present your Proxy on your assigned night. This designee would have the authority to choose your assignment for the next year. The best person to assign as your proxy is your potential roommate.

Students who do not meet all criteria by the designated deadlines will be placed on a General Waiting List.

Saturday, April 12

You must be registered for the 2008 Fall Semester or you will not be allowed to participate in the housing process. 

Monday, April 14

Housing Selection & Assignment Process from 9:30 - 11:30 p.m. in the APR for Lottery Numbers 1 - 175. Remember: Bring your completed Housing Profile Form. Also, a student with a lottery number higher than this range can attend on this night if the student is being "pulled in" by a student with a number within the range.

Tuesday, April 15

Housing Selection & Assignment Process from 9:30 - 11:30 p.m. in the APR for Lottery Numbers 176 - 350. Remember: Bring your completed Housing Profile Form. Also, a student with a lottery number higher than this range can attend on this night if the student is being "pulled in" by a student with a number within the range.

Wednesday, April 16

Housing Selection & Assignment Process from 9:30 - 11:00 p.m. in the APR for all remaining Lottery Numbers. Remember: Bring your completed Housing Profile Form.

Friday, April 25

Begin placing students from the Priority Housing Waitlist, if possible.
