New Student Checklist

Every Student Must...


Reserve Your Space at Orientation

You must register for Orientation on this website. Please visit the form here: Orientation Registration.

Please contact New Student Orientation at 215-489-2215 immediately should you have a conflict with attending your designated Orientation session.  Meals are included.

Submit Final Academic Transcript(s)

Please request that your high school send your final official transcript to the Admissions Office immediately following your graduation.  If you are enrolled in college courses, you must have your college Registrar's Office send an official copy of your final transcript to the Admissions Office. Transcripts should be sent to the following address:

Access Your Tuition and Fees Information

College Tuition and Fees:

Your 2008 fall semester tuition and fees billing packet will be mailed to you on July 1, 2008. Payment or payment arrangements must be completed by July 31, 2008. Please pay careful attention to the information within the packet as it will help you understand your bill and meet the payment deadline. You can view the tuition and fee costs by logging on to the Bursar's site.

 

If You Need to....


Request a Major Change


Requests to change the college into which you were accepted must be submitted to and approved by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. If you have additional questions, please contact Undergraduate Admissions at 1-800-2DELVAL.

Submit AP Credits


Send official scores of Advanced Placement to the Registrar (College Board Code 2510).

Apply for Scholarships and Financial Aid

If you should still have questions contact the Office of Financial Aid at 215-489-2272 or visit the Financial Aid website for specific information regarding your financial aid status and other valuable resources.

Housing on campus


All students, interested in living on campus, will participate in a Housing Information Session during Summer Orientation.  This session will provide specific information regarding living on campus such as what is provided in every room, the room assignment process, and other services/amenities.  At the end of the session, students will complete a Housing Profile Form and Housing Agreement which are used in the assignment process.
