Welcome to Delaware Valley College's Office of Career & Life Education (OC&LE)! We offer a wide variety of career-related services to students, alumni, employers and faculty.

OC&LE is committed to assisting students with their mandatory experiential education experience, the DelVal Employment Program. This valuable program provides students with the opportunity to develop linkages with professionals in their fields of study, and, as this program is a graduation requirement, it truly makes Delaware Valley College a unique institution.

OC&LE also provides assistance to students in the areas of self-assessment, career exploration and graduate/professional school advising. Our office maintains listings of current full-time, internship and summer job openings, as well as on-campus employment and part-time opportunities on our job-posting site, DelVal JobLink.

OC&LE partners with employers on developing a recruiting strategy to meet their hiring needs and create an image on-campus. Our office coordinates a variety of programs and events throughout the year, including an annual Career Day.

DELVAL JOB LINK PRIVACY POLICY

DelVal JobLink is a web-based job search tool for Delaware Valley College students and alumni. It is provided in partnership with NACElink, a national recruiting network owned and operated by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), and Symplicity, a web based software provider. All data collected will reside on the NACElink Network servers.

Employers use DelVal's JobLink to post employment opportunities. Employers will not have access to participants' resumes and personal information contained therein.
