GB 6212 - Leadership

Leadership is influencing people by providing purpose, direction and motivation, while operating to accomplish the mission and improving the organization. The goal of this course is to help the student develop their own leadership skills. This course examines the role of leaders, leadership, and management, power and influence, leadership styles, cultural dimensions of leadership, and leadership and strategic effectiveness.
