Affordability?
Yes, a private higher education can be affordable. All
accepted students' credentials are thoroughly reviewed by
Admissions to determine scholarship eligibility. We tend to
give more weight to a student's high school grade point average
than the SAT score. Why? The high school GPA is a measure
of success over a four-year period. This process, however,
does not disregard the SATs which are also considered in determining
scholarship eligibility.
Overall Delaware Valley College offered its student body over $15 million last year. We believe in recognizing your high school student achievement. The scholarships offered by DVC makes your decision to attend this private institution a wise one. Try our Scholarship Calculator. It will give you an excellent estimate of the level of scholarship available to you.
Remember, other need-based Financial Aid such as grants, Federal Family Education Loans and campus employment may also be available to you based on your family's financial situation. Information about these and other forms of financial aid can be found in the Financial Aid section of this site.
Let Delaware Valley College assist you in meeting your education and career goals.
