Annual scholarships provide immediate and direct support to students. With a minimum gift of $5,000 (payable over five years), you can make a difference in a student’s ability to continue pursuing their DelVal degree.
Annual scholarships can be started in your name or in honor or memory of a loved one, and you can customize the parameters of your scholarship (merit-based, need-based, etc.) to fit what you envision. Annual scholarships frequently include opportunities to interact with your scholarship recipient(s).
Endowed scholarships leave a legacy at DelVal by ensuring that funds are available in perpetuity. Gifts to endowed scholarships are invested, in accordance with policies established by the Board of Trustees, as part of the University’s overall portfolio. Once the endowed scholarship is fully funded, a percentage of the fund is awarded to students each year. Because endowed scholarships grow over time while also being awarded every year, they are vital for both the student recipients and the long-term health of the University.
With a minimum gift of $25,000 (made at one time or pledged over five years), you can make a difference to students now while also investing in DelVal’s future success.

Gifts of any amount are welcome to any existing DelVal scholarship. If you are making a gift on our secure online giving portal, simply designate your gift to Other, then, in the textbox, note the name of the scholarship you wish to support.
