Weather Emergency Chart

In the event that the University opens under normal conditions but it becomes necessary to cancel afternoon classes:

Depending on weather conditions, afternoon class cancellations will be made on a case-by-case basis as to which class periods are affected.
An announcement will be made by 10:30 a.m. and specify what time the University will be closing.

In the event that the University opens under normal conditions but it becomes necessary to alter the schedule for evening classes:

All classes beginning at 4:30 p.m. or later will be held remotely at the discretion of the faculty member.
An announcement will be made by 2:30 p.m.

In the event that the University is unable to open to hold face-to-face classes on campus for the entire day:

All day classes will be held remotely at the discretion of the faculty member.
An announcement will be made by 6 a.m.
A decision about evening classes (classes that begin at 4:30pm or later) will be announced by 2 p.m.
