Dr. Robert Pierson is a professor in the Department of Business and Information Management. He earned his Ph.D. in organization and management from Capella University. His dissertation focused on intercultural competence and study abroad in undergraduates. Dr. Pierson is interested in business topics related to how food makes its way from producer to consumer.
