Kevin is the third generation of the Putman family to lead Penn Color, as President & CEO since 2021. Prior to his current role, Kevin served in various functions at Penn Color in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Kevin focuses on setting the business vision, establishing the operating principles, building the capabilities, and nurturing the culture that shapes the future of Penn Color. Every day, Kevin reminds the organization of what Penn Color can be the best at: always putting the customer experience first, being fair and transparent in our communication, and caring for each other.
When not at Penn Color, Kevin and his wife Ashley support the community and chase around their two young daughters.
