Larry Arrington joined the DelVal community in May 2018. Before DelVal, he held administrative positions at three community colleges and he started his higher education career at Drexel University in Student Support Services. Larry has experience leading efforts that have improved both the academic and social experience for students. His professional interests include student success and retention and faculty development.
