The University will host two holiday concerts featuring the University’s Chorale, Jazz Band, and Symphonic Band.

Delaware Valley University, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will be hosting holiday concerts that will be open to the public at no cost. The holiday concerts will be held on Sunday, Dec. 5 at 3 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 6 at 8 p.m. in the University’s Life Sciences Building auditorium.

The program is a popular DelVal holiday tradition sure to get listeners into the holiday spirit. Featuring all three of the University’s ensembles (Chorale, Jazz Band, and Symphonic Band), the program will feature popular holiday music for Christmas and Hanukkah, including sacred masterpieces, well-known carols, contemporary favorites, and lesser-known gems.

All visitors to campus are required to wear masks indoors regardless of vaccination status.

“Delaware Valley University is committed to presenting high-quality, entertaining, and educational programs suitable for audiences of all ages,” said Dr. Jack Schmidt, professor of music and chair of the Department of Liberal Arts. “We thank you for your past support of our programs at Delaware Valley University and look forward to seeing you at one of our concerts this December.”
