Meet the Students:

Margaret Gadomski '19

"I was honored to receive the Feeding Tomorrow Scholarship from the Institute of Food Technologists, " said Gadomski. "The organization has the brightest minds from fields such as culinary, food science and food technology. In the future I plan on working in product development or research and development. It has always been my dream to be able to go to the grocery store and see a product I made and worked on."

Tracy E. Homann '18

"I was very grateful and honored to be recognized by the Philadelphia section of the Institute of Food Technologists as a 2017 undergraduate scholar," said Homann '18. "I will strive to maintain high honors while completing my undergraduate major in food science and minor in business administration. My career goals will be to achieve success in evaluating, developing and producing high quality, flavorful and nutritious foods that are fairly priced while gaining experience with the many fields and roles of food technologists within the food industry.
