The Bucks County Foodshed Alliance and DelVal’s One Health chapter are excited to announce What Your Food Ate & Why It Matters, a guest presentation featuring Anne Biklé. Biklé will lead a discussion exploring how soil health and animal diets directly affect human health, drawing from her book “What Your Food Ate: How to Heal Our Land and Reclaim Our Health.”

I’m grateful to be at a school that pushes me to find internships in my field because, without that guidance and the opportunities that came through it, I would not have known how to begin on this career path.
Through a faculty connection and the experience I gained at DelVal, I was able to land a summer internship with the USDA which eventually led to a full-time job doing what I love as a biological lab technician in the plant genetics research unit after graduation.
