Katie Kashner

Katie Kashner joined Delaware Valley University’s faculty full time in 2013. She serves in several capacities in the Department of Equine Science and Management but specializes in carriage driving instruction. Kashner is a certified driving instructor with the Carriage Association of America as well as the American Riding Instructor’s Association. She is also a Level I Centered Riding Instructor. Kashner is the faculty advisor for the DVU Carriage Driving Club and co-advisor for the Equine Club. She has a background in barn management as well as training and competing in pleasure driving, combined driving, huntseat equitation and dressage.
