Mail Center

Welcome to the Delaware Valley University Mail Center!

The mail center is located on the first floor of the Student Center directly across from the Mélange Multicultural Lounge.

The mail center receives mail and packages for all University Faculty, Staff and On-Campus students. Off-campus students may make arrangements each semester to utilize our office if necessary.

The mail center is a CASH ONLY location if you need to buy stamps or ship via USPS. The mail center can also ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx, if it is boxed up with a printed pre-paid shipping label.

How to address your incoming packages and mail:

Notification and Pick-up Procedure:

• When a piece of mail or a package is received by the Mail Center, the item is scanned right away and the warehousing location is noted.  Once that process is completed, you will immediately receive a notification to your student email by PackageX Receive (which is our Mail Center Software).  You will be instructed that you have an item(s) waiting for you in the Mail Center.  (If you did not receive an email, please check your Junk folder, Spam folder or Other tab.)
• You will need to bring the QR code from the email to show to the attendant at the window.  The attendant will retrieve the item(s) and bring them back to you.  You will then initial to show proof of receiving your item(s).(You may use your Student ID or Driver’s License if you are having trouble accessing the QR Code)
• If you are unable to pickup your things during normal business hours, you may forward your QR code to a trusted friend to pick it up for you.

Students are welcome to utilize the on-campus Amazon locker located in the building across from Public Safety. These lockers have 24/7 access. Please note that they are also open to the community. 

How do I ship to the DelValU Amazon Locker on campus? 

• Go to Amazon Pickup (www.amazon.com/ulp/view)
• Search by address, Zip Code, or landmark.
• Choose a location. (DelValU)
• Select Add to my addresses.
• Once the address is in your address book, select Ship to this address during checkout. For the option to appear, all items in your order must be eligible for delivery to a pickup location.

**If you are unable to choose the locker, have the item shipped to the University address as shown above.

***Do not list the Amazon Locker building address as the Ship To address without choosing the DelValU locker.  This location requires the driver to use provided Amazon QR codes to put the package into the secure locker.  If you just put the address, the driver will either leave the package on the floor or return it.
