The Building that Housed The Market at DelVal is Available to Lease
The University has engaged with Equity Retail Brokers to identify a new tenant at 2100 Lower State Road in Doylestown.
Delaware Valley University is pleased to announce that the University has hired Equity Retail Brokers, of Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, to find an appropriate tenant for the space that once housed The Market at DelVal.
The space, which is located at 2100 Lower State Road in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, was previously operated as a farm market and garden retail center that offered a variety of engaging community events. The space could support a range of business types and provides excellent opportunities to partner with the University.
The building is located at the intersection of Lower State Road and Farm View Road and is within walking distance from DelVal’s farms on main campus.
