Delaware Valley University to Host Panel Discussion on Strategies for Successful Recruiting and Retention of Qualified Employees
Delaware Valley University (DelVal) will host a panel discussion on strategies for successful recruiting of qualified employees on Wednesday, October 19 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Life Sciences Building on DelVal’s main campus. The event, titled “Effective Strategies for Successful Employment in Today’s Landscape,” is a value added program provided to DelVal’s Partners, the many organizations and companies who work with and support the University.
DelVal’s Assistant Dean of Student Life, Andrew Moyer, will moderate the panel. The program will consist of a keynote address by Assistant Executive Director of the National Association of Colleges and Employers, Mathew Brink. Brink will provide employment statistics and trends which will be followed by a panel discussion of DelVal Partners and local experts sharing strategies and tools to identify and retain talent in their organizations.
Attendees will gain knowledge on how to effectively partner with the University to develop their workforce, and how to access local services to support their recruitment and retention initiatives.
