Education (M.S.) and Post-Graduate Certifications

Some of the region’s top academic administrators and teachers will share their skills and insights with you in this program, designed to help you take your teaching to a powerful new leadership level. Our post-graduate certification programs allow you to grow in your particular area of interest.

The program continues the philosophy of graduate programs in education to develop competence in careers that balance practitioner-based instruction, and theoretical knowledge with rigorous application in professional practice. DelVal offers graduate students the opportunity to learn from some of the region's top academic administrators and teachers. In fact, 90% of our faculty are practitioner based. You will be taking courses from the people you work for or with, district by district.

DelVal can advance your teaching skills and expand your professional credentials in a format allowing you to maintain career-personal life balance:

  • Accelerated seven-week, one night per week course schedule; six terms per year
  • Part-time or full-time enrollment with late afternoon on-campus or online options
  • Certified local educational professionals and Delaware Valley University instructors for all classes
  • The option to have your school district host a cohort, an affordable and convenient opportunity for districts and their faculty
