Welcome A-Day Crafters and Vendors

A-Day is a student-run annual event and a member of the Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs. Proceeds of the fair benefit student clubs and organizations. The event draws many families, community members and alumni who enjoy farm animals and other educational exhibits, pony rides, pig races, arts and crafts vendors, a tractor parade, food and live music. DelVal students compete for ribbons at this county fair.

Important Vendor Information

To All Exhibitors/Crafters,

Delaware Valley University’s 75th annual A-Day will be approaching in the late spring of 2023. A-Day is a student-run annual event and a member of the Pennsylvania State Association of County Fairs. The proceeds from A-Day benefit student clubs and organizations. A-Day is a well-known event that focuses on school activities, community involvement, and family fun. It is a time for DVU students to showcase the university, promote agriculture, and spotlight student educational activities. From crafts to demonstrations and exhibits to farm animal education, there is something for everyone at A-Day! We invite your company to attend our three-day event to advertise and promote or sell products/crafts via an exhibit booth.

This year’s event will run from Friday, April 21st, 2023 to Sunday, April 23rd, 2023. We are open Friday from 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00p.m.

Set up is to be completed with all vehicles parked in D Lot by Friday at 11:00 a.m. You will not be allowed up to main campus to set up if you are late. Failure to comply with A-Day or University staff could result in removal from the fair without a refund. Tent size and individual booth space may not exceed 10’x10’. Attached, you will find prices and dimensions for A-Day exhibit areas, as well as a sheet for you to return to us with your intentions for A-Day 2023. If your company wishes to attend our event, the information sheet and liability form enclosed must be completed along with payment. All of these forms, along with proof of insurance for your organization must be returned by March 31st, to the address above.

Please note, The University shall not be held responsible, fiscally or otherwise, if the fulfillment of any terms or provisions of this agreement are delayed or prevented by revolutions or other disorders, wars, acts of enemies, fires, floods, acts of God, public health emergency or without limiting the foregoing, by any other cause not within the control of the University, and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence, the University is unable to prevent, whether the class of causes enumerated here or not.

If all of these forms are not sent in, your company will not be able to attend A-Day.

Promotional Exhibit: $40.00

Non-Profit: $20.00

*Delaware Valley University Alumni Discount: 25% off the appropriate booth

February 16th through March 31st Normal registration window

Standard Registration Rates:

Crafter/Commercial Exhibit: $150.00 (Each additional space: $130.00)

Promotional Exhibit: $50.00

Non-Profit: $25.00

April 7th - Deadline for registration with late fee

**All paper work, including application, liability form, liability and/or auto insurance and payment must be postmarked by stated date to be eligible.

**Please note, if payment over the correct amount is sent it will be considered a donation to A Day and will NOT be refunded.

 **If you are selling food, please be aware that the county Health Inspector will be present at A-Day.

You must submit proof of auto/liability insurance naming Delaware Valley University as an additional insured. We require a copy for our records. The liability form can be found here.

Your reservation is not considered complete until all documentation is submitted and it is approved by the A-Day Team.
