According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the need for skilled, trusted, strategic and influential leaders is greater than ever before. The BLS projects a 9% increase in employment of managers from 2020-2030, with a median annual wage of $109,760 in 2020. A Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Communication will serve those looking to enter and/or advance in the field of business with a focus on high-level leadership principles, communication and strategic management with a people-centered approach to leadership.
The graduate certificate in Leadership and Communication is designed for professionals looking to elevate their potential as a trusted leader and exceptional communicator across a variety of industries including education, government, and healthcare.
The Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Communication is a 12 credit certificate. All four courses transfer to the Master of Management and Organizational Leadership degree program.
Classes start in January, March, May, and July.
